Before the first steak hits the grill, your restaurant has to be built to your specifications. And fast. Once a lease is signed, every day you’re not serving diners, you’re not ringing up sales. Whether your restaurant is a casual dining trendsetter, or a fast food franchise in a prime location, we know your business. We’ve built more than 1,000 restaurants and our clients know we can deliver a ready to open eatery in record time even in the most demanding markets such as Midtown Manhattan.
Your physical space is an extension of your brand. Your choice of architecture, materials, and design all reinforce your vision. As your trusted partner, we ensure the construction of your stores reflect your high, uncompromising standards.

We have both the technical qualifications and the hands on experience to effectively manage these processes and to optimize the productivity and efficiencies required to meet those objectives.
Our investment is in building a quality relationship with our customers. We believe in nurturing long lasting relationships that build confidence and trust. We also have built long term relationships with our subcontractors and tradesmen. In fact, we take pride in the fact that we are working with the next generation of craftsmen after decades of work with their parents and grandparents. We are dedicated to helping you achieve and exceed your goals and expectations.
With multiple LEED AP’s on staff, we are fully qualified to aid in the LEED Certification process to help create environmentally responsible and resource efficient buildings. By taking an integrated approach at the earliest stages of a building project, we can help to substantially reduce negative environmental impacts and improve existing unsustainable design, construction and operational practices throughout the building’s life cycle.
Brothers Alan (right) and Steve (left) pictured with their dad, the late Sam Zavodnick, have been in the construction industry for over 40 years and have built a reputation for unyielding commitment to the highest ethical standards and unparalleled customer service.
Now, the next generation follows the path set by Alan and Steve. Scott and Joe Zavodnick have been using tools since the moment they were able to swing a hammer and have spent the majority of their professional careers working alongside their father, Steve, and their Uncle Alan. Together with Hezzy Jesin, who brings years of experience in non-profit management, they continue to operate with the same passion and principles for which American Construction Management, Inc. has become known.
Let us bid on your next project and you’ll see why we are held in the highest regard by our customers, partners, and subcontractors.
